Samone Word, who joined ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ in 2023, provides strategic partnership to ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ leaders and currently leads our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Council. She has more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience.
Prior to joining ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½, she held several human resource leadership roles in industries ranging from consumer and financial services to technology.
Samone has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a master’s degree in human resources management from Lindenwood University in Missouri and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
